Liverpool have confirmed the signing of Burnley striker Danny Ings, subject to a medical.
The 22-year-old will join the club when his contract expires on July 1st and becomes the second confirmed signing of the summer after James Milner.
The England under-21 international scored 11 goals in his debut Premier League campaign, despite being in a struggling Burnley side that were eventually relegated.
Ings’ contract expires at Burnley this summer and due to his age that means the deal will go a tribunal to decide the fee for the player, expected to be around £5 million.
