It was an extraordinary night at Anfield, with the atmosphere on the pitch only matched by the intensity on the pitch.
Klopp spoke post-match about how he used the 2005 Champions League final in Istanbul as inspiration for the players at half-time.
“It was an outstanding atmosphere,” said Klopp. “We need experiences like this. We now have a milestone, that’s good, really good.”
