Liverpool are top of the Premier League at the midway stage, and here are the numbers behind their 19-game unbeaten run in the top flight so far.

The Reds maintained pole position with a 4-0 win at home to Newcastle on Boxing Day, and they are now six points clear of second-placed Tottenham halfway through the campaign.

Jurgen Klopp has stressed that there is a long way to go yet, and the manager is right to do so, but it has been a sensational start to the season for Liverpool.
