Liverpool fans from This Is Anfield defeated their Evertonian opposition from NSNO.co.uk 9-0 as they inflicted revenge for a 7-3 reverse back in August.
The first fans derby between the two fan sites – organised to raise money for the HJC and former Everton Players Association – resulted in the more organised Blues running out comfortable winners as a prelude to the kick off to the new season.
But the Reds regrouped and put together a bigger and better squad of players to play NSNO off the park when the two teams faced off at Stanley Park on Saturday morning.
A hat trick from forward and TIA organiser Steven Richards combined with impressive performances from the Reds two central defenders and midfielders gave TIA the impressive win against a somewhat weakened NSNO side.
Richards, despite claiming to have taken in 8 shots and 2 brandies the night before with midfield powerhouse Josh Mulla, found his shooting boots.
