WIN! 3 copies of Anfield Voices book – written by fans

There’s not much football news this week – with Liverpool not in action until Sunday, so we thought we’d give you the chance to get your hands on a book that should be on everybody’s Christmas list.

Anfield Voices is a collection of stories told by fans in a series of interviews. There must be more tales about Liverpool Football Club than there are waves on the Mersey – so, the aim has been to collect a varied selection of memories, and in so doing attempt to convey some of the passion and fervour that the fans have for their team.

We’ve got three copies of this fantastic book to give away, so to be with a chance of winning, you must use your Anfield Voice and tell us, in no more than 150 words, a personal experience with Liverpool FC.

What was your first game? How did it feel to sing You’ll Never Walk Alone with thousands of Kopites for the first time? What game or player will stick in your head forever? What special connection do you feel to Liverpool FC? Be creative!

The three best, or most creative answers, will win a copy of the book.

Submit your answers (remember, no more than 150 words) as a reply on this forum post.

The forums are a great way to discuss Liverpool FC past and present, so if you have already got involved you can register (it’s free!) here.

The closing date is Friday, 3rd December 2010.

Anfield Voices is out now, published Amberley Publishing at a RRP of £12.99 and is a great Christmas gift for any LFC fan.
