Pepe Reina starts in goal for the first time during Liverpool’s pre-season campaign as the Reds take on Valerenga in Norway tonight.
Reina has been sidelined following an operation in May, but returns to guard goal behind a strong Liverpool defence.
New boys Jordan Henderson, Charlie Adam and Stewart Downing all start in midfield, whilst Andy Carroll gets the nod up front.
Joe Cole is not in the squad amid speculation he is on the verge of completing a switch to QPR.
