LFC Line-up vs Brighton: Carroll back as Dalglish rings changes

Kenny Dalglish has made three changes to the Liverpool side who lost at Manchester United in the Premier League last weekend for this afternoon’s FA Cup 5th Round clash at home to Brighton.

Andy Carroll returns to the Liverpool attack, with Dirk Kuyt dropping to the bench.

Jamie Carragher replaces Daniel Agger alongside Martin Skrtel in central defence, whilst Charlie Adam is favoured to Jay Spearing in midfield.

It is the first time ever that Steven Gerrard, Luis Suarez and Andy Carroll have started a game together.

Liverpool: Reina, Johnson, Carragher, Skrtel, Jose Enrique, Henderson, Gerrard, Adam, Downing, Suarez, Carroll.

Subs: Doni, Maxi, Coates, Kelly, Kuyt, Shelvey, Spearing.

Kick-off at Anfield is 4.30pm, with the draw for the FA Cup 6th Round being made at 4.10pm at Wembley.
