The Liverpool lineup for the final home game of the 2014/15 season – and Steven Gerrard’s final Anfield appearance.

Gerrard starts in midfield alongside Jordan Henderson and Philippe Coutinho.

Raheem Sterling replaces Rickie Lambert up front, with Jordon Ibe coming into the side.

Alberto Moreno replaces Glen Johnson at left-back.

Danny Ward continues to on the bench instead of Brad Jones. Jerome Sinclair is on the bench but there’s no place for Mario Balotelli in the squad.

Liverpool: Mignolet, Can, Skrtel, Lovren, Moreno, Gerrard, Henderson, Coutinho, Lallana, Ibe, Sterling.

Subs: Ward, Johnson, Toure, Lambert, Lucas, Allen, Sinclair.

Crystal Palace: Hennessey; Ward, Dann (C), Kelly, Souare; McArthur, Ledley, Puncheon; Lee, Bolasie; Chamakh.

Subs: Speroni, Delaney, Jedinak, Mutch, Zaha, Campbell, Murray.
