Goalkeeper Alisson Becker was unveiled as Liverpool’s fourth signing of the summer on Thursday night, arriving for a world-record fee of £66 million.

Jurgen Klopp said the club had “the opportunity to sign one of the world’s best goalkeepers” – and statistically that’s certainly true, with Alisson matching up well against the likes of David de Gea, Hugo Lloris and Thibaut Courtiois.
Very capable with his feet, the 25-year-old Brazilian is an excellent good shot stopper and a commanding presence at 6’4″.
