Klopp has insisted there is no need to make “personal battles out of it,” instead preferring to focus on the development of his current club since he arrived in 2015.
At Anfield this evening Liverpool are arguably favourites, and after a 3-0 win over Bournemouth and a morale-boosting trip to Marbella the hope is they can secure a big advantage before the return leg in Munich next month.
