Liverpool are preparing the start of pre-season but they’re also about to spend around six billion quid, according to the rumours of the week. Big ones today from Spain in particular!
Saul bid in?
As usual, you have to pick and choose which rumours to believe – but one journalist in Spain says discussions are well underway for Atletico Madrid midfielder Saul.
The Spanish international, though not in the Euros squad, seems likely to leave los Rojiblancos this summer.
A bid is “close to satisfactory” according to Gianluigi Dragone, but Atleti are holding out for €50m.
